Rev. Tracy teaching Spirit in Practice, a UUA curriculum on Spiritual Practice

Spirit in Practice helps Unitarian Universalists develop regular practices that help them connect with the sacred ground of their being, however they understand it. Spirit in Practice affirms religious diversity and offers an introduction to many types of practices including mind, body and soul practices.The class is ten sessions and will be taught on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from January through May at 7pm.The class requires at least 6 committed participants and will be capped at 16 participants. The class will be on Zoom or in-person depending on the wishes of the majority of participants. It will be either one hour or 1 ½ hours depending on the wishes of the majority of participants.  Please get on the waiting list for the class here.
