It is time to begin the sign ups for the summer potlucks.
Every year on the Saturdays of June, July and August, a member of WHUUF hosts a potluck. The host is responsible for drinks and everyone who signs up brings a dish that can feed six to eight.

This year I’m experimenting with a retro and personal sign-up strategy.
The dedicated phone number, 971-392-2885 will be available for texts or phone calls to sign up to host a potluck.  Once the hosts are in place that number will be used to sign up to attend potlucks.
There will also be a paper signup sheet at WHUUF on Sundays. Look for Virginia in the Coffee Room after services.

There are 13 Saturdays this summer.
I need a primary host and an overflow host for each of those Saturdays.
If the primary host’s space is full, the overflow host will be called on. The overflow host accepts last-minute planning.
