The Power of Love in a Loneliness Epidemic

HEADS UP: BECAUSE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, OUR SERVICE ON JANUARY 14TH WILL BE ON ZOOM.  CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM REV. TRACY TO GET THE LINK.

The Inland Northwest Unitarian Universalist Community in Spokane had been planning to join us on-line for tomorrow’s service. They are graciously allowing us to join them in their Zoom room for the service.  WHUUF will be conducting the service.  We will have videos of the Choristers, the story, joys and sorrows, and hymns, and I will be giving the sermon, The Power of Love in a Loneliness Epidemic, in honor of MLK Jr’s goal of Beloved Community.

Please take care of yourselves during this difficult weather.  Stay warm.  Reach out to neighbors, friends, and other WHUUFers for support if you need it.  If you are in trouble, please let me know.

Blessings,

Rev. Tracy

STAY WARM!

Martin Luther King Jr. led people who worked together to organize themselves against injustice. Today, Americans are largely isolated and lonely, leading to fear and difficulty connecting. Maybe one of the most important justice activities right now is helping decrease loneliness and build community connections.

In person, live streamed, and recorded.
