Join our weekly 30 minute meditations on Zoom.

Rev. Tracy and Martha McJacobs will alternate offering a group meditation session each Wednesday morning at 7:30 am for thirty minutes.  The first session is March 19th and will meet at this Zoom link
Meditation can keep us grounded and centered, and is  helpful to do with others as well as alone. For people new to meditation there will be a few minutes of instruction. Participants can leave before 30 minutes if that is too long. Participants are also welcome to keep their cameras off if that is more comfortable.
