This time comes as the country is experiencing a resurgent civil rights movement, growing income inequity, anti-LGBTQ legislation, attacks on religious minorities, anti-immigrant rhetoric, and an ongoing war on women by a major political party. As we celebrate the birth of Martin Luther King, Jr., we wonder what he would think, say, and do.
