Most of us spend our lives immersed in chronos – clock time, mundane one-foot-in-front-of-the-other get-the-chores-done time. But there’s another kind of time which invites us to transcend the mundane. Glennon Doyle once described it as follows: “It’s God’s time. It’s time outside of time. It’s metaphysical time. It’s those magical moments in which time stands still.” Is it possible that we are receiving more of these invitations than we realize? And how can we show up more fully?
