SUMMARY:WHUUF Summer Potlucks
DESCRIPTION:Every year on the Saturdays of June\, July and August\, a membe
 r of WHUUF hosts a potluck. The host is responsible for drinks and everyon
 e who signs up brings a dish that can feed six to eight.\n\nThis year I’
 m experimenting with a retro and personal sign-up strategy.\nThe dedicated
  phone number\, 971-392-2885 will be available for texts or phone calls to
  sign up to host a potluck.  Once the hosts are in place that number will
  be used to sign up to attend potlucks.\nThere will also be a paper signup
  sheet at WHUUF on Sundays.\n\nThere are 13 Saturdays this summer.\nI need
  a primary host and an overflow host for each of those Saturdays.\nIf the 
 primary host’s space is full\, the overflow host will be called on. The 
 overflow host accepts last-minute planning.\n\nSign up or ask questions by
