Our Annual Meeting will be June 8, 2025 at noon in the Sanctuary. This year the event will feature trivia games about our board members, the Strategic Plan and the Budget. The idea is to delve into the details in a fun way. There will be prizes! You won’t want to miss the Celebration of WHUUF’s community.

 

We need 20% of our membership to attend the Annual Meeting to meet our bylaws quorum requirement. To sweeten the deal, we will have Quorum cookies for the first 30 members who sign in to the meeting.

 

The nominees for the Board are Gary Joaquin, Uwe Neitzel and Ashley Ulmer for three year terms, and Alana Bellwood for a one year term (since Trish Neitzel is resigning with one year left).

 

The nominees for the Leadership Development Committee are Hilary Greenebaum for a three year term, and Tim Oliver for a two year term (since Uwe Neitzel is resigning with two years left.

 

If you would like to run for the board or the LDC, or you want to propose a different nominee, you may do that with a petition signed by 5 WHUUF members delivered to the LDC (Spencer Ehrman, Uwe Neitzel, and Rosie Hamilton) by May 19, 2025.
