Our elementary aged kids start off every service in the Sanctuary with the adults. 

Kids in this age group can go through a short training to be involved in service rituals like lighting the chalice or passing out the offering baskets before the Time For All Ages after which children are sung out to their classrooms.

Elementary students spend most of their time at WHUUF learning outside no matter the weather. We encourage kids to wear weather appropriate clothing and be prepared for exploring outdoor spaces while at WHUUF. Our nature curriculum this year was hand built by a team of volunteers of educators and parents pulling from multiple sources and including lessons on UU history.
